While traveling, it can be difficult to keep up with a steady workout routine. It’s hard to tell if the hotel will have a state of the art gym or treadmill from the 90’s! For this week’s Free for All Friday, I am giving you my go to travel workout that requires NO EQUIPMENT and can be completely in even the smallest hotel room! If you want to take it to the next level, you can throw a booty band in your carryon to add in some extra resistance!
