Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice



Hello Lovelies! It is time for another Tasty Tuesday! It is the 2nd week of September so no way are we sick of all the pumpkin spice yet! Ok at least I’m not. So today we are adding a fall twist to my favorite go to breakfast… OATMEAL!


If Oatmeal is already not a breakfast staple for you it should be and here’s why:

Even if you don’t have the time to make old fashioned oats every morning you can always grab a pack of instant oats (be sure to check the added sugars) or pre-make overnight oats!

Obviously you can not have a pumpkin pie oats without some pumpkin! The pumpkin adds so many health benefits to this yummy dish including:

1. Helps Boost Immunity

2. Helps Cleanse the Liver

3. Helps with Eye Health

4. Keeps you Fuller Longer (full of fiber)

5. Keeps Skin Healthy

6. Positive Effect on Blood Pressure

Not only is this recipe packed full of health benefits, it’s also delicious and extremely budget friendly! All that you will need is:

-½ cup of dry oats

-1 cup of water (I use) or milk

-2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree

-1 tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup

-Pinch of pumpkin pie seasoning

-(optional) chopped pecans



Start to finish this recipe takes about 10 minutes to prep and cook.

1.Bring your cup of water (or milk) to a boil

2. Add oats and stir occasionally for 5 minutes

3. While still in the pot, stir in the pumpkin and syrup

4. Once mixed pour into your bowl add the pumpkin pie spice (& pecans if you want)

5. ENJOY!
